Poll: Tom and Jerry or Looney Toons?
They both tend to use the same torturing elements such as explosive items and watnot, but Imma go with Looney Tunes all the way !
How to contact prof to get past waitlist?
I have been wait listed for many classes. The best bet is to show up on the first day of the class. Not everyone registered in the class will show up, then the prof will go down the waitlist and take anyone who is standing there. Even if you contact a prof directly he probably will not raise your spot on the list. Go to every class and you will probably get into half of them. Good luck!
Full time student with benefits?
So I am currently receiving unemployment benefits but I wanted to know if I could become a full time student without it affecting my current benefits. Even though I'd be a full time student I would still be looking for work. If I can't be full time then what is the limit in hours of school I can attend without it affecting my benefits. ***** I live in Florida.
UW Advising and Orientation Session?
I have a UW advising and orientation session tomorrow. I got an email and it says I need government photo ID in order to receive a UW Student ID card, take placement tests, and access my student transcript file. I don't need to take any placement tests, so can I survive without without government ID at least for this orientation? I have photo ID just not government photo ID. Anyone been to one of these?
Which party should I attend?
I know this is a pretty stupid question to ask, but I can't seem to decide. My best friend decided to plan a final party before she leaves for FL this summer, the last time I'd see her, as well. But, my mom planned out my aunt's son's college graduation party the same day. I don't really know what should be my priority. I mean, if I go to my aunt's party, I'm not going to be doing anything but sit there because I'd be the only one my age. But if I don't go to my best friend's party, then I'd never see her again. What should I do?
What is the name of this song?
In the looney tunes episode "A hick, a slick and a chick", the slick plays a song on the piano for a few seconds. What's the name of that song?
Need help paying for tuition?
Like many others I am in a financial crunch in order to pay college tuition. I have spent the last year getting a total of 60 credit hours so I could attend a University, in that time I realized that I am not good at math or science and that I should not be a doctor, but my GPA has suffered. This being said there is little funding available. I am in a single parent home that has been hit hard, suffering foreclosure and other economic hardships. I found out that I have a passion for criminology and would really like a chance to pursue this. I have filled out the fasfa form.I also work about 35 hours a week. Does anyone have suggestions? Thank you:)
