Anyone know who "da lil rascals" are?

PLEASE HELP: I've been lookin for a certain video for years, I was 11 when it came out(2003) The group im referring to is called something like "Da Lil' Razcals" they had a video on time warner music on demand. I don't know their names or the title of the song but I do know that they had looney tunes in the video(probably a promo for the looney tunes: back in action, but im not exactly sure) There where about 3-4 of them in the group and they had mixed lookin hair and where all brown skinned boys. some one please help me out i've been lookin for years and im very curious as to y i cant find this video. thanks in advance <3.
