Help! I would like to attend a college but I owe another money! What can I do?!?

just talk to someone at the school... try their student services area and they could probably find a general advisor for u to talk to... and it's not them getting ur hopes up, u went to a school and didn't pay for the services they gave u they locked ur account (assuming) and now u cant get an official transcript, its ur fault for not paying, I know college is expensive but that is exactly why I go to a cheap community college even tho they don't offer exactly what I want. don't try to pawn this off on anyone else.
