Will this individual face any punishment for harassing me via cell phone?

I know who is calling me private because a) the same person harassed my bro around the same times at least 15 times a day. We both gave this guy our numbers at the same time at the club. My Bro changed his number, I however do not want to change mine because I just changed it a month ago! This guy has called other people who he also met at the same club and left racist voicemails according to the security at the front door of the club. Yesterday, on one of his many messages he is whispering saying "I see you naked... black *****.." He is obviously looney with no life. I plan on reporting him to the police.Last week, he called with his unblocked number seconds after his private call and left a voicemail identifying himself *dumb*. Will anything really happen if I file a police report?
