Chances of getting into this College?

College name is Lackawanna College located in Scranton, PA.. It's a community college. All they require is the high school transcript, SAT/ACT if available, $35 non-refundable fee, Background Check.. that's pretty much it. I have an alright SAT score that isn't too bad. Took it 3 times. I have no criminal record what so ever. I have applied already & it seems as if there's no problem with anything so far except for my Financial Aid forms. Getting those sent soon. What are my chances? Cappex.com said I should get in, but I still have to apply.
