I Want To Be A Fashion Designer?

Ok so I will be a junior in high school in august. When I finish school I wanna be a fashion designer & own my own boutique. I want to attend college for business & management & also fashion. Which should I go for first? I Know how to sew & I have already started on some of my designs. & Also do you all know any good colleges for me to attend for what im trying to pursue?
