Im going to be a sophomore. PLEASE HELP!?

So I'm going to be a sophomore and I never went to see my counselor to choose my electives or get my transcript. Do I really NEED to go during the summer to choose them or will they automatically give me the electives?. I really don't care about the classes I get, I just still want to be enrolled. Please help me with this situation!
