Question about Le Cordon Bleu or other culinary institutes?

I'm a 15 year old junior in high school. My dream has always been to become a gourmet chef and open a restaurant of my own. I also want to open a soup kitchen,so I might just become a head chef somewhere. Anyway, I want to attend the Illinois Le Cordon Bleu when I graduate. I live in West Virginia so that's one that is closer to me. I also want to attend college and major in business,but I know that Le Cordon Bleu offers that. So I guess I really have a few questions. For anyone that attended the Illinois campus or knew someone who did,what is the experience like? Is there any colleges in my area that offer an excellent culinary program or business management program? I wouldn't care to attend both culinary school and college,but that's a lot of money and a lot of my time that might not even be necessary. I have googled all the colleges in my area of course,but first hand accounts would be great. Thanks!
