Will D's and F's on your transcript affect your chances of getting into law school even if your GPA is high?

I was a Biology major and didn't do well in any of my science courses. I transferred to a new school and now I have a 3.5 in a new major. I wanted to know if law schools look at your tranfer GPA from your previous school or do they focus on your graduating GPA from your new school?
