What happens if you took the same regents twice?

Will it show up on the high school transcript because I took the algebra2/trig rgents in january as practice and we as a class didnt finish going over anything and i got a 73 and when we took it in june with all the concepts learned i got a 95. Will this affect colleges or not? Does it show up on the transcript?
