It could be done if the contractors have already been hired and they are out there working on the property as we speak. Normally a new roof is a job which can take a week ONCE they start the project. A deck can be the same. We are assuming the seller is not taking his time in getting quotes by multiple people and THEN picking the one to do the job. That contractor may be booked for the next couple of weeks.
