How long does it take for a university to review a transcript?

I've sent my transcript from a community college to a university twice so far, and the last one was sent about a week ago, but the university still has not uploaded my transcript yet. The last they heard of it was they think it was still being reviewd, but they really have no answer. I was wondering if it really took longer than 48 to 72 hrs like they said.
