Was this letter from college sent to me by mistake?

I know someone personally who got the wrong grade as his name was similar and probably a line below his on a printout. Immediately call, email and write to the school and follow up after you have done this. While it was not your mistake, unfortunately, it is up to you to make sure that it is fixed. Such is life and it will not be the first time. Good luck!
