Finding scholarships for African students attending African Universities?

I am a Ghanaian student attending the University of Ghana and I am looking for scholarships to help with paying tuition, accommodations etc. However, every scholarship opportunity that seems to be available are for African students who want to go abroad to study i.e. go to the States, UK or Australia. Are there any scholarships that are for undergraduate African universities? Any websites or information you can give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
