If i take a class at a community college and i dont send in my transcript will other colleges know my grade?

im a high schooler and im planning on taking a class at a community college just for reference and knowledge, not for the credits. if i dont send a transcript to my high school, will other colleges that i apply to in the future still know the grade i got in that class?
