Does this matter to colleges?

So, its my freshman year and i just finished finals. All my final grades are A's (90, 93, 94, 95, 95, 96, 96, 99) but i have one 89. Is that 89 going to hurt me when, lets say, an ivy leauge looks at my transcript? Also, all my final exam grades are fairly well, randing from 84- 100, but i have one 79 because of stupid mistake. Will that 79 and 89 matter to colleges? Or do colleges only look at final grades and GPA from each year?
