Help analysing a transcript?!?

i have to analyse a transcript of a job.. like somebody talking in a job. i have no idea what to pick and i cant think of one that would be easy to analyse. i was thinking of hairdresser but i dont know what to write for the transcript. does anyone know what job would be easy to analyse the language in? and/or write me a short example of a hairdressing transcript or a few ideas
