What will a docter say about slit wrists?

i think i got infected doing it and i need to go to the docters but im 16,i dont want my parents to know.what will the docter do,i dont want to go to a looney bin ect. Also will my parents find out because im only 16 .After this i will never do it again,the cuts are fresh so he cant see them as is.any one help
