How common is it for SFSU to not get your transcript by mail?

Early in spring semester I had a transcript priority mailed in with a flashy envelope -- never received. After semester, have my school mail the transcript to SFSU -- still hasn't received. Is it just pointless to mail anything to the undergrad admissions? Their staff isn't very helpful either.
