What time does the Ministry Of Food come on by Jamie Oliver on Channel 4?

Hi guys, see I have this controlled assessment coming up on English Language where we have to make a transcript out of a cooking clip and I'm doing a clip from the Ministry Of Food but I have to find out what time during the day it origonally comes on at. So does anyone know?
