Need help remembering old pc game from 90's?

All i remember is that the old pc game which has a scene with bugs bunny as a general with a whip with an American flag in the background. Its the same scene from the movie 'space jam' when bugs bunny is discussing with all the other looney loons about how they should defend for themselves against the aliens, right after being confronted by them.
