Is the $90 billion spent on border security in the last 10 years money well spent?

No. Why, you ask? Because it wasn't enough to begin with. The entire border has to be protected/closed, not just sections of it. If they had been serious about it that money would have gone a long way had it been spent correctly. Another failed govt policy.
